Visited One Stop in Crewe 28/12/18 to enquire about changing my exhaust tailpipes. Agreed on the style which was round and the cost for the job which was booked for 07/01/19. I was not told that the parts had to be ordered and believed the reason for the wait was due to existing work load. I was OK with this, perfectly reasonable. I then get a call on 04/01/19 to advise me the parts are not in so cannot now fit on 07/01/19, parts were enroute from South Africa. I phoned One Stop a week later for an update and the parts were now in the UK so rescheduled fitting to 17/01/19. I arrived on time to have the work carried out only to discover that the wrong parts were ordered, slash cut instead of round. This was then suggested to me that this was the part that I had chosen from the pictures when making a selection. Utter rubbish since I did not make my decision from a picture but from an actual tailpipe which was in my hand, handed to me by the same person who was now trying to put the blame on me and put against the car. The representative at One Stop, instead of suggesting that he re-orders the correct parts round and not slash cut as were agreed upon on 28/12/18 proceeded to tell me if I did not have the parts received fitted then he could not help me. A very disappointing experience and outcome. I wish I had gone somewhere else now since my time and fuel getting there was completely wasted. Never again.
Friendly staff and helpful, they are fair priced and you feel like you are not taken for a ride.

Good garage, great options of custom made stainless steel exhausts which are often much cheaper than a manafactures mild steel replacement part, worth checking.
