Damaged my car! I have used this car wash for years without issue however a change of ownership and seemingly constant staffing issues mean it is not what it was. The standard of cleaning is not brilliant eg. internal windows left with smears etc, however recently new staff damaged the laquer coat on my car leaving 3 areas peeling off. The owner initially acknowledged my complaint and asked for pictures. Upon receipt of the pictures he advised he would speak to his staff and come back to me. He then did not make contact and subsequently ignored all further correspondance. Extremely unprofessional.
Best car wash in this side of England and crewe really impressed with the services they provided. I traveled from all the way from London. But I highly recommend you to visit this place Havva and the team would look after you with a nice cup of Turkish coffee
