Used to have a decent experience here. However this morning I have been landed with a letter that I have failed to keep my appointment...despite texting back cancel to the number that asked me to confirm with ok or cancel the appointment with cancel.Normally it wouldn't bother me but wording in a way that makes out I haven't informed them is basically calling me a liar.Unimpressed.
The staff are really friendly. The dentist I saw was very good.

Getting through to the practice is becoming a joke. Sixth in the telephone queue, down to fourth thirty minutes later and then back up to sixth. I, along with lots of others have reported this but nothing gets done. Dont bother try to get a call back or leaving a message either!Lucy on the other hand is a great dentist, gentle and great. She does take her time which can mean shes rather delayed but its worth the wait.
Was sent here when I called the dental helpline after having toothache for several days. Was seen quickly and had a wisdom tooth taken out. Dentist was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. Treatment was painless and he got the tooth out really quickly with out straight pull, non of that pushing and shoving or wriggling about that I've had in the past. Have now registered at this practice
