A friendly hair salon with a nice buzz & lots of chat. The team work hard to accommodate customers & provide a good service at very reasonable prices.
Really dissapointed. Been a customer here on and off for a few years but i was left unhappy with end product on my last visit. I was 20mins late for appointment for a full head of foils cut and blowdry even though i was given the wrong time they were adamant they hadnt.. They offered to still fit me in for a half head of foils. When seated. I was not asked what shade of blonde highlights i wanted as i usually have two. The hairdresser used one shade of blonde. It did not go close to the roots and was not painted through the hair to blend it in. Leaving patches. I was then passed to another memeber of staff who washed and dried my hair. It was rushed and was told not time for a proper hairdry so had it partly dried. The hairdresser went on to cut my hair and i was truely shocked at technique. I left the salon with patchy dry uneven hair. I am now having to pay someone else to fix this. Never again will i visit this salon. A shame really but standards have dropped.
