An extremely good experience from the start, Rogers careful, accurate measuring, good advice and large range of samples to the finish, great professional workmanship from the friendly team of Danny and Ian. New kitchen cupboard doors and plinth all fitted without mess in a morning. An excellent company all round.
Roger and his fitters were superb from start to finish. He supplies quality products and was able to meet our design fully. Danny, the lead fitter, was experienced in all aspects of joinery, tiling, plumbing and electrics. When unexpected problems arose as tiles and units were removed, Danny was able to find solutions quickly- I am not sure bigger companies employ such skilled, flexible people. Danny and Ian worked efficiently to transform our kitchen. They were friendly, approachable and efficient; they left the place immaculate at the end of each day. I can recommend KW kitchens without hesitation.
After initial excitement of having a new kitchen, and Kitchen wizard sourcing materials for the look I wanted, I realised that there was a few things overlooked, where the bin would go for 1..kitchen Wizard did try to correct this, but I ended up with a stapled door, I have to say i wouldnt recommend, they did try to give me what I wanted, but Ive ended with a nearly perfect kitchen, Im slightly dissatisfied , and my budget doubled, I also have an island with no work suface overhang, as they corrected a design fault on the side of the island.Plus I was asked for a review in the beginning but wasnt asked at the end, my review on kitchen Wizard site isnt a true reflection of how I feel, and kitchen Wizard said reviews are not worth reading, now I know why. Sorry Roger.
Friendly team who work extra hard. The finish is a 5 star finish, there is not one bad thing to say about it. I would definitely hire them again to do any jobs I need as they are the best company around.
