Hibberts of Nantwich Road in Crewe are not to be trusted as they are not worthy of calling themselves solicitors. I recommend you seek alternative legal representation and "DO NOT USE HIBBERTS CREWE. I believe as so does Louise Atkins they have NO Integrity. They witheld information on a R c Walkalte (Hamlett) holding out to be that of a solicitor and a barrister advertising on their website to be that of a barrister. failing to report this to the sra. Stuart Bailey has fraudulent accounts in his possession. they witheld informaiton on 27.000 worth of assets. stated childrens belongings being withheld in their offices not true.misleading the solicitors and the courts withheld information a bogus solicitor representing x partner misleading and withholding information on 27.000 worth of assets. stating she was a Barrister to police not true she was not a barrister and not a solicitor misleading solicitors judges and the courts. I often wonder how many other clients were misled by her status. Why has Stuart Bailey and Tom Price not reported this misconduct to the SRA. I do question their Integrity. Misleading solicitors Judges the police and the courts over her status a person whom left to spain leaving no forwarding address. Mmmmmm
Bad company to deal with would recommend using a company who wants to help rather than just your money !
