Had 2 keys cut at the cost of 30 didn't work in the lock so took them back to be recut after chasing them for 3 weeks got the key back still in the sealed envelope was told they would be ok now. Suprise still don't open the lock
Recently had a problem with front door lock and although the lock was obsolete but the specialist at Holdfast modified the existing lock to make it secure. Excellent friendly staff who will not try and sell you something you don't need.
Just had a lock refitted by this company and I must say what excellent service we received. From the moment my wife contacted the office until the job was finished the next day, we were treated with professionalism and efficiency.The man who actually mended the lock was brilliant and very obliging . We will certainly be using this company again to have all our window locks refitted soon.
