Only gave 1 star as i had to give at least one. Were to start... ordered through the website and paid on card, food was over an hour late after phoning to see were it was we were told hes very busy and then put the phone down. When the food finally arrived it was cold and disgusting. Delivery driver just passed us the food and walked off didnt even speak. Didnt apologise for the wait. Rang up to complain that the food was cold and wanted our money back and they could collect the food. To the man on the phone saying you can have it free next time. After saying to him we would never use them again he kept saying i give you free next time. If i wanted my money back i had to go to the shop with the food to collect the money. After saying to him the hole point of a delivery is so you dont have to go out to which he put the phone down on us. Also paid extra to get a can of coke with 1 meal and they sent pepsi which was free with the meal (you had the option to pay extra for a different drink) Will never use again and will not recommend. Poor customer service once they have took your money they dont care.
