I asked Paul Williams to come and out and quote for replacing a broken shower tray. He failed to turn up at the designated time so I phoned him and he arrived approximately an hour past the original appointment time. I later asked him to undertake the work and a date was agreed. He then failed to turn up on the morning of the appointment and did not make any attempt to contact me as to if he was coming or not.. I then cancelled the work with him by text. Unreliable and very poor customer service.
