Avoid them, asked them for the past 3 years to come and sort my boiler, never happened and if they send someone they release the air from the radiator and they leave. They don't really care that the boiler is faulty. They'll just say that they have to speak with the agency and they will get back to me but they never do. Spent the winter with no heating so had to buy electric heaters and the bill was quite dear.Update: it's 2018 nearly 2019 boiler still not working still no response from them regarding the issue with the boiler, yet the did emailed me to tell me that they are going to rise the rent, emailed them back and no reply from them so far. Avoid them
