Menai Hayes has looked after Jacob my friends black Lab for a year,he was a very poorly boy !!! She has made a fantastic effort to improve his health, I am delighted to say her treatment has been very successful.Jacob is once again a very happy healthy boy enjoying life to the full. Menai not only supported Jacob she also cared for his owner,always taking the time to explain what was happening.she was very kind and caring and more importantly she listened. A huge Thank you Menai, I am sad you are moving on but I wish you the very best.The animals you will care for in the future are truly Blessed. Thank you also to the receptionists and the entire team.You are all amazing!!!
Just the same as the customers three reviews down below you were All about the money. I was on the understanding you could not let an animal suffer. Nantwich Veterinary Group you were heartless saying the vet would not come out to my suffering, dying cat who could just about breathe unless we could pay on the evening. Its was also a nice touch as you screamed shut up at dogs barking in the background as you put the phone down. If any of you want real compassion let me say Thank you to Hillside vets Nantwich for letting my dear little girl Tiny go at 00:15 in peace, as she struggled to breath, until we sorted a payment out today.
I would say Nantwich Vets are the best around. But I feel vets charge far too much & prey on the fact we all love our pets so will do anything for them. Only my opinion.
Unfortunately well be changing vets due to the out of hours service - one of the vets is lovely very caring and the day team are lovely, however after calling the out of hours service due to worrying about our 9 day old suddenly puppy loosing weight significantly in space of 24 hours then in the space of an hour she dropped again and again the next hour also acting lethargic and not as active as she had been previously we thought it may be an urgent issue, we called up and the receptionist and vet nurse where also lovely and advised we spoke to the vet however when he called us he was extremely rude obviously didnt want to be talking to us, didnt say hello didnt ask us anything to do with the pup we were just told its not an out of hours problem the pups probably gone to the toilet - she hadnt and the weight drop was more than that anyway, and then he thung up the phone we where given no advice what so ever. Ill be changing vets in the morning and just hoping that the puppy doesnt get worse through the night as we clearly would have no choice in getting her help if she continues.
