I don't understand the people who gave this company a low rating. I had previously ordered a taxi early hours from a different company and they drove off without me. I had to be at the train station in 25 mins from that time as it was the only train to the Highlands during that day too. I called up Cars R Uss and they got a taxi out to me in about 5 minutes and I got to the station just in time. Thank you. Will use the service again.

Needed to book a wheelchair accessible taxi to the train station in Crewe. Got told there was none available even though I was booking the taxi in advance for the day and time I needed it. Didn't think much of this until I tried all the other taxi companies in Crewe where I was told the exact same thing. So as a wheelchair user living in Crewe I am unable to book a wheelchair accessible taxi. I find it hard to believe that all the companies in Crewe have no wheelchair accessible taxis available, despite a large number of cabs that I see driving around Crewe are wheelchair accessible vehicles.
