The service from the staff is fantastic. They work hard to make sure your rental experience is positive. The cars are always clean and we'll maintained. they explain the controls and most importantly how to open the fuel cap! Enterprise will always collect you from home or drop you off before or after the rental period. They will try and accommodate and preferences when they can. Overall I would always recommend using them in and around Crewe.
The place gets busy, but service is good. The cars are good, and they make the handoverexperience as fast as possible. They also extended my rental over the phone. However, it's difficult to get a car at a good rate unless it's pre-booked online a few days in advance, and they don't give car seats on rent. Also, the rate works best if you book for atleast for 3 days or more.
Really great service! Enterprise were totally honest about what the cost would be on the phone; there were no hidden surprises, as with other companies! The lady who dealt with us at the Crewe branch was brilliant. Efficient, friendly, we were done in 10 minutes, and the car was great too. Will definitely use again.
