The worst dentist i have ever been to, receptionist is usless and the dentist was no better, you could tell they were not bothered at all and they were not very friendly, got told i could come at 3.20 for an earlier appointment as my original appointment was 3.45 did not get to see anyone until 3.55, no good when you have a two year old with you, registered with another dentist now.
The receptionists are always so rude unless they know you. Ive never seen a smile or being chatty until they know someone who walks in then they change character. Ive just called at 920am 15th march to ask for an appointment today due to discomfort from teeth grinding. She answered the phone in such an abrupt manner and tone. I was talking to her and she rudely spoke over me, wasnt interested nor listening interupted me then robotically offered me an appointment. Obviously stressed and doesnt want to be in that job. Ive turned the appointment down because ill wait for my full check up. It makes me not want to go. God knows how you'd feel if you were scared of the dentist. Evidently needs customer service training or a new job
