Rang today first appointment was in 7 weeks. Same every time.Ring and ring no chance . Staff stand around drinking tea while the phone is ringing off the hook and they just stand around ignoring .You could die waiting for an appointment , literally.
Appalling attitude by doctors, poor attention to detail. Missed things in my partner's notes. Rude, confrontational and about 12. As the doctor told us, you either travel 45 mins here or (and I quote) "tough" despite them having a surgery round the corner. Poorly managed and reflects appallingly on the local commissioning group.
Place is a joke take 60 times just to get through to reception
Place is an absolute joke you can never get an answer even if you call bang on opening time. Useless people. Time to change doctors i think.
Tried to make an appointment managed to fit me in with the wrong doctor at the wrong surgery in three weeks (Booked through an emergency request for a phone call from the on call doctor as there were no appointments within the next 4 weeks at all???????), complained and the practice manager kindly phoned me and arranged an appointment a week earlier with my own doctor at my own surgery WHY DO WE HAVE TO COMPLAIN TO GET AN ACCEPTABLE SERVICE.Visited my GP 21/10/16 first available blood test 11/11/16 received a letter 18/11/16 stating that I required a further fasting blood test first available date 9/12/16.Prior to the new frontage and obvious change in managerial systems this surgery was very good now instead of days we have to wait weeks for doctors appointment and just as long for a basic blood test I hope the partners at this surgery are satisfied with the way the managerial system is filling their coffers but I can assure you that the patients are not happy with the way they are being treated.
