gym changing room only two shower !! ,kids on gym ,no parking !
No one can be bothered to call back chased so many times. Waste of time and money. AVOID ! !!!
The staff are more bothered about what they are doing later than they are in helping, I was sat down filling in a form (to pay for a membership) and the blonde lady with fake tan was more concerned about what she was wearing that night and as she got up and noticed I was there she then exclaimed "oh I'll go get it after this" as she pointed at me and rolled her eyes. Disgusting customer service.
Lovely clean pool. Poolside spectating area is a big bonus! Supervised well by the lifeguards and speaking from experience when my grandson had something in his eye..first aid treatment was first class!
Since the day it first opened last year,The centre has been a great success in my eyes.Every visit is enjoyable, the staff are so helpful and obliging,and there is always something different Go ing on for the community, on a regular basis.The latest addition,has been background music around the pool, great idea (not sure if fellow swimmers appreciate my singing though!)Well done to a great team.
