CW1 is my number 1 box away from home... Being a regular drop in Im always made to feel so welcome by both the coaches and all of the members. There is always a wonderful community atmosphere and everybody supports each other. The coaches are very knowledgeable, the wods are well programmed and technical inputs are always provided... nothing is ever too much trouble for these guys. Highly recommended to all!

Absolutely amazing place to train with brilliantly friendly & supportive members; it's the most enjoyable & rewarding way of getting the fittest you've ever been. Really knowledgeable & helpful coaches will help you be the best you can be, I can't recommend it highly enough!
