Great equipment, easy to use / track work-outs with My Wellness app. Helpful and friendly staff. Especially Rebecca (who I believe is the club manager) - so willing to help, knowledgable, and one of the very few gym's that don't judge you for your weight, or make you feel surrounded by bodybuilders! Will definitely be returning after a few more paydays! Absolutely love it here!!

Good quality equipment, for me personally great location and the 24 hour access suits me as a shift worker.Private showers that are cleaned on a regular basis means it's great for a before or after work training session.There's a wide variety of exercise classes available included in the membership and a state of the art I pad which links to a huge screen so you can choose any type of video class you desire.
