I give 5stars based upon my experience of having my tonsils out here. Staff polite and consultant very clear and confident.Overall very happy!Update, visited a lovely, clear speaking consultant who described to me that my pain in my ear is not the wisdom tooth its suspected to be a condition named facial anthramyalgia.

Had a long wait for my procedure endoscopy 4 hours and had an hours journey to get there and back home think because i was NHS thats why i was last on the list didnt have sedation was in there 10 mins and it was all over not happy about the wait especially when i had had nothing to eat or drink from the day before but Mr London was great and the nurses.
Enquired about pricing, spent a good while on the phone giving information over and told I would be called back the same day. 5 days later no call, appointments all now sorted through NHS. Glad I didn't waste my money.
