No f.... words.... worst surgery ever seen!!!!!!! Its not possible to book apoitment .... you can died and still you will waiting on apoitment !!!!!
The lack of staff is shocking considering the capacity the surgery holds. Try ringing ALL day and can never get through. Repeat prescription has been cancelled with no explanation as to why? The customer service aspect is terrible.
It's impossible to book an appointment. Tried calling about 29 times. Line is either busy or no one answering. After few more attempts someone answered just to tell me that I would have to ring on Monday to get appointment for next Wednesday as yodays appointments are gone already???Also told me that it would be better if I was to turn up at 8am on Monday in person just to book it ...??? Ridiculous! I tried to book it in 2 weeks advance. Tried the same week earlier with same result. If I could give them 0 then I WOULD!
Horrendous experience. Booked appointment in person, only to find they hadn't actually booked it at all when I turned up. Went next day and still ended up waiting over an hour. Dr was clearly on a timer and couldn't wait to get me out of the door. Badly managed practice.
