Tryed to rip me of with 95 as i wanted 100 koi for my 7500 gallon pond. he said 295 for 100 koi at 2-3 inch but on ebay hes got them advertised for 200 for 100 koi at 2-3 inch. Plus they are more like 1.5 inch. And also there are alot of dead fish floating in the pools which is bad for the welfare of the other koi as this will effect the water quality. Very unproffesional and i can see why hes got alot of bad reviews on google. I feel sorry for the poor fish that have to swim with the dead ones. Go to oakhanger or bridgemere for good propper quality fish. And most importenly you will not get ripped of by proffesional con artests.
AVOID at All cost and save your money Very expensive fish not good quality at all just a home made business with no experience of koi Best place for quality fish and advice is oakhanger aquatics alsager go there and buy quality fish You were selling them out of your garden shed so what rubbish about when you opened. AVOID BIG TIME CON ARTIST with 20Years experience lol yea ok. By the feed back from other customers doesn't seem your giving a good service. As when you check your orders there name or order doesn't exist lol big con artist with an answer for e everything lol rouge traders come to mind big time
Only gave one star as couldn't give any less avoid at all costs and save your money bought 10 fish one dead on arrival others didn't last two days I was asked to get my water tested and now have a report from a professional to confirm 100% still waiting for a response worst customer service i have ever experienced what reputable company has BT call blocker on their phone ??
Avoid at all costs. We ordered a small number of Koi through eBay and they never arrived. They do not answer the phone or message back.
I ordered and received a small number of young Koi recently from Crewe Koi - the standard was OK -However I am disappointed and annoyed at there customer service !!AND feel I have every right to be !! I further contacted them after this order to re order a small number of Goldfish - leaving a message on there answerphone - I did not get a response from my message so text them myself - the response via text being - 'We will get back to you but are busy with other orders' - To this day I can confirm they have not got back to me - why not tell me in the return text that you had no time for small order customers ? And I was not a priority ?- then I could have gone somewhere else for my Fish ?? For the record I did order on line from another Company called 'The Carp Company ' their quality of fish ( English Bred ) and customer service was excellent ,treating me in a respectful way regardless of the size of the order !
