We have been going to the 'willows' since it opened. The care our two pets have received from the start has been outstanding none more so when we had to have our beloved Bella put to sleep. Everyone at the practice was superb the compassion they show not only to the pets also extends to their owners. We only have Bill the moment but they even asked how he is coping. As far as we are concerned we appreciate everything they have done for us and we will never go to another practice So from us to all of the staff at the Willow's Thank you for everything.

I found a very thin dog in oakhanger woods, poor thing was desperate to drink, ribs sticking out so took to this practice being the closest The staff were superb, very caring and helpful. Undortuntly no micro chip, but the kind kady vet checked a book as something rang a bell. Missing from the 20th (todays 29th in this heat ) a 16 year old jackie matching description. She went to make a call less than 10mins a worried looking lady arrived and confirmed her dog :-) Staff superbly managed 5*

Alsager vets are the best ive ever been to the vets are all lovely i was so stressed when i got there they made me a hot drink and gav me tissues i soon calmed down they understood how i felt and there soft voice u could tell they were in safe hands and would recommend to all family and friends
