Tim and Nikki have both been very helpful in the past 3 or so years I've been using them. They are very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy sales people like some cycle shops. HIGHLY recommend for servicing as Tim really knows his stuff and how to get the best out of the bike without charging the earth.
