I went in to purchase a bike with afew gadgets yesterday and the service was great. The woman was very knowledgeable about bikes. I got to 'try before you buy'. So polite, I would recommend to everyone. Bikes at a reasonable price and great service.
Paid 15 quid to get gears sorted, they changed the cable even tho it didn't need changing, didn't even do a good job it was skipping gears and the few of the gears didn't work, I asked for a refund told me to go get it done somewhere else because that's as good as it's gonna get paid 8 quid and it's working like new..in the end not going back there again.
Cant recommend this place highly enough! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Fixed my bike for me in 10 mins which was so helpful because I have no other form of transport. Replaced my brakes and did some other work on it for a very very reasonable price. Now my very old bike feels like new! All round very impressed with the service. Thanks so much.
