Brilliant company - stunning PC's - completely customised to suit my needs and ready within 24 hours - the support is great too, with quick response by 'phone and email.
I needed some further explanations about my PC System and also some info on a BIOS upgrade that I did. I contacted Palicomp Technical Team by email and on each occasion got the answers and help that I needed in a very friendly and timely manner.
I have bought several PC's from Palicomp so far. I was always very satisfied. Unfortunately my most recently purchased PC failed after about 8 weeks. Now I'm being asked to swap power supplies in the PC myself to see if that might solve the problems. I don't maintain a personal inventory of PC parts. It seems something has changed at Palicomp. If you buy a PC from them be prepared to assemble it yourself.
