1st. Sent my Tannoy woofer for repair, no fault found, came back damaged still defective!2nd. Sent my Samsung 49 inch TV repair, no fault found, still defective!I can only put the above service as poor diagnostics

I had never used this company before so I gave them a ring to get some advise on two LCD TVs I needed repairing. They explained the possible problems over the phone with both TVs and a rough price guide but they offered me a free est if I dropped them both in to them. A few days later to my amazement they came back to me with repair costs that I was more than pleased with, very pleasant experience would highly recommend great service.
after seeing their name on google, i thought i would take my plasma to these, what a disaster, after 3 weeks they said they could not repair it and scratched the cabinet, then told me i need to take it to someone who is an authorised toshiba dealer, waste of time
