I stayed here some months ago now but forgot to leave a review! I was very pleased with our stay here. The rooms was decent sized, very clean & the gentleman behind the desk was always happy to help, he was very chatty also (I never got his name unfortunately) the beefeater next door also was to die for and amazing food. I could not fault our stay at all, I liked how quiet it was also. Will definitely be returning :-)
A standard Premier Inn with reliable consistency. You get comfortable beds, quiet rooms, clean bathrooms, etc.
Yet another fantastic stay here Rooms very clean and comfortable Staff all excellent but especially Sarah who is so helpful and friendly but not false.We have stayed here a number of times and never been dissapointed with cleanliness ,efficiency of staff and warmth of welcome.
We had two room. One for me and my wife and one for our daughter. Both rooms were perfect. When we went for breakfast in the morning the staff couldn't have been more welcoming. Andy and Brad kept us entertained and make us feel very welcome and was a great start to the day. Breakfast was really good. Full English and Mediterranean we're available and it was all really good. The reception staff were all very helpful and friendly too. In the evening we went to the bar for a drink and we were served by Toni. She was very pleasant and helpful with our drinks order and our food order. The house keepers were also pleasant, saying good morning. All in all we are pleased we chose Crewe West for our stop over and would like to visit again.
Lovely helpful staff. Large, airy room which was surprisingly quiet as we visited on a weekend at the hotel is close to a main road. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff even going as so far as to recommend places to go.
