Any organisation is only as good as its people. My experience with Crewe Audi very much supports this. Having recently bought a second hand car from them I have to say that my experience has been great. Always welcomed at reception. Offered drinks. Even whilst sat in the waiting area people came up to make sure I was being dealt with. I have to make a call out to Josh Ridge who dealt with my purchase. Always calm and considered he thought about the car I was buying and made sure I had everything I needed. Great communications and his passion for cars and their owners comes through.
For me, buying my Audi TT was a huge decision. Now it's sitting in my driveway I know for certain I made the right choice by going to Crewe Audi. Both Matt and David went above and beyond to look after me and get the car absolutely spot on. Everyone I met, (including Chris and John) were genuinely friendly and sincere. None of the stereotypical dealership stuff, just good people who enjoy their job, believe in their cars and actually give a damn. If I could give them 6 stars i would. More than happy to have 'Crewe Audi' on my reg plates!
Fantastic dealership. On arrival they offered me some hot drink as it was really cold outside. Wanted to buy a second hand Audi A1 for my fiancee. Took the car for a test drive and Tim Steele answered all my quesitons. Tim gave an excellent customer service, really polite. He offered optional extras that I could choose. Luckily he wasn't pushy like at other dealers, so that's another plus point. Ended up with a good deal, they delivered the car to the house in a fantastic condition.
