Ive had some bad experiences with car dealerships etc so Im always worried but Ive finally found one that is 5*! Everyone there is very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make it as stress free as it can be. They are brilliant at keeping you up to date which is a first and very professional! I highly recommend and I will always go back whenever I need help etc. Thank you so much for everything!
I dont usually leave reviews good or bad.,but on this occasion I feel I must. Chloe on reception who answers the phones a big thank you,and everyone who helped to repair our car which it had numerous faults ,big and small,thank you. We didnt purchase our car at Grenson but the team there were brilliant from dealing with queries and having lovely courtesy cars lent us ,I know where to come if I ever want to purchase an other car. Welcoming reception staff. On time transfer of car to service team. Job carried out within the specified time. Good explanation of outcome. Free hot drink and WiFi help to pass the waiting time. A good garage experience!!!!
Very poor integrity. They have miss sold me a car but the issue has still not been resolved even 4 months after they noticed the problem and admitted fault. I'm being passed from pillar to post with nothing having been sorted yet.
just picked up my new Citroen C1 today... Have to say the the whole experience from start to finish has been simple and painless... Kept we well informed every step of the way and then the handover was all straight forward and easy... The atmosphere in the dealership was friendly and everyone was willing to help and look after me...
