It's a wonderful shop with great service. It's the only place I know of that has a divided by 13 dealership which is epic. I've been using Dan for set ups for years I highly recommend him if you're someone looking for a great guitar technician.Best and friendliest guitar shop I've been to definitely worth a visit :)

Went in to purchase some strings and was greeted by a young boy whom looked around the age of 18 who seemed to have a chip on his shoulder. Went in a second time to ask for some advice on a structural issue on my guitar and was greeted by the same young boy who could not provide any information in the slightest. In terms of shop floor customer service, this place is extremely poor. And their ability to provide expert knowledge is in my opinion a cause for concern in terms of owning a professional music store. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Happened to stumble across this great little guitar shop whilst gigging in the area. Dan was extremely amenable, despite the fact that I spent hours trying different guitars. The knowledge he has about guitars is second to none and he even made me a coffee!!!! I would recommend R&B Music to anyone as you are guaranteed to buy with confidence. went in for a browse, wanted to buy a guitar and amp and arrange lessons. the guy seemed pretty cool so bought an axe and amp and accessories. he said he'd need to look at his schedule, so left number. called him back 5 times, keeps giving same answer - will need to get back to you. just say if you don't wanna teach someone instead of wasting their time.
