Terrible place, I agreed a reasonable price for a car over the phone, including my trade in. I arrived and test drove the car, but during the negotiation they said the price had increased due to us missing the end of month deadline and their accounts department had closed so they weren't able to agree the same deal, well I've not heard that one before! I walked away I don't recommend this dealer

Two years ago, I bought a Ford Focus Titanium X from this dealership. One of the features I specified that it should have was fold in door mirrors so that I could get the car in and out of my garage. When the car arrived, it did not have the fold in door mirrors. Hence, the car had to be exchanged for another one, but in doing so I had to sacrifice my preferred choice of colour. In late 2018, I decided to buy a new Ford Focus Titanium X, and decided to give this dealership a second chance. Fool me!!! Firstly, they said that it would arrive mid December. That suited me, as my part exchange was not due its MOT until late December. However, the vehicle did not arrive until mid January 2019. That meant that I wasted around 200 on the MOT and other items arising out of the MOT. When the new vehicle did eventually arrive, however, things got much worse. Yet again, the dealership had completely failed to ensure that the vehicle had all of the features that I had specified. Moreover, there was no possibility of retrofitting them (except with non-Ford parts) or a vehicle exchange. As a result, I have been left with a vehicle which is not fit for purpose and which I will need to offload as quickly as I can, at a considerable loss. This has now happened to me twice in two years with this dealership. That is an issue I have never come across before with any other dealership. Previously, I have bought Honda's, Mazda's, Toyota's and Audi's, and I encountered absolutely no problems with those purchases. I have even bought Ford's previously to the two vehicle's I bought from this dealership - but at a different dealership at Burn's in Congleton, and that went very smoothly. Hence, it is completely ludicrous that this dealership can order vehicles for customers that lack key features that the customer has specified, and then land the customer in a situation where they are left with a vehicle that is not fit for purpose.I firmly recommend that you do not use this dealership, otherwise you could end up in the same situation as me - with a vehicle that is not fit for purpose. If you must buy a new Ford, then I would recommend that you use Burns in Congleton instead.EDITED TO ADD in relation to the response from Bristol Street Motors below: The response is nonsense. I point out the following: (1) Nobody went through a brochure with me. I made one simple request - that the new car must have at the very least the same features that my old Ford Focus Titanium X had. So long as that was the case, then I was happy to proceed. I was assured that not only did the new Titanium X have the same features as the old one, but that it had additional features. Moreover, the salesman who sold me the vehicle has now left, and the garage ADMITTED to me that they had not been able to contact him to find out what checks he had made to ensure that the new Titanium X had the same features as the old Titanium X. For the garage to therefore suggest that the salesman went through a brochure with me line by line and said this, that, and the other, when they cannot even get hold of him to find out what he did and did not do, or what he said and did not say, is completely absurd. (2) Due to the 3 week delay, I had to spend around 200 on an MOT that would otherwise have been the responsibility of the dealership. Anybody would be aggrieved by that (3) A feature that was missing was the rear parking camera. The garage did not offer to make a contribution to have it retrofitted, as they cannot be retrofitted. Instead, they offered to make a contribution to have a non-ford one fitted, so long as I forked out over 200 towards it myself as a contribution. That is, I was expected to spend yet more money making up for their mistake. Moreover, when I made inquiries into this non-Ford part, I discovered that it was next to useless as a parking aid. Hence, I declined to have it fitted (4) I notice that the dealership have no excuses to make in relation to the mistakes they made in relation to the vehicle I bought from them 2 years ago (see above)

Booked car in for recall for 11am. Went for a walk and returned at 11.40. work had not even started.l so got keys back Last time we bought a 2nd hand car and when we picked it up and it had diamond bright package it was full of human hairs from previous owner. Will never use again.

Visited them after seeing a car on the internet, sadly not in stock yet.The staff seemed very friendly and were very helpful, but obviously work my commission. They didn't drag anything out, checked group stock for cars I was after. Prices seemed reasonable too.

Since my first visit to Bristol Street Ford Crewe (in November 2018), the staff have all been friendly and welcoming. I feel that my sales advisor, Ben Brown, really listened to what I was after and made a recommendation based on this. Ben secured me an amazing deal and a PCP finance package that met my budget. During the purchasing process, there were optional extras available to me (eg. extended warranty, etc) but the staff were not pushy or forceful with these, like in other dealerships that I had visited. During the days that followed whilst I was waiting for the collection of my car, the dealership gave me regular updates on their progress. The handover was seamless, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I was 100% happy before driving away. I would definitely recommend Bristol Street Ford Crewe to a friend.
