Went to purchase a Skoda Octavia VRS. I was told over the phone the car was immaculate, and drove without any issues. I decided to make the 3 hour journey to Crewe to purchase the vehicle. Upon arrival, I found several issues with the car which were not described on the advert or over the phone. The main problem with the car was the gearbox. The gearbox was faulty, and was making strange noises whilst selecting gears. The car was also pulling to the left really badly. The brake discs were also corroded, and the pads were really low. Another problem was the interior. The B pillar trims and the Sill trims on the passengers side were clipping off and the carpet on the passengers side had a wooden piece underneath it, to support the carpet. This was clearly visible due to a hole in the carpetThe car was parked at the dealership, and i was told by the salesman that the car has nothing to do with the dealership. Really disappointed after a 3 hour long drive. PLEASE AVOID THIS CAR: SW09 DDJ
Very nice looking clean cars. Very nice showroom and great selection. Professional sales people. Great selection of cars from bottom of the range to top brands. There's a good chance that we may buy a car from them.
